Come join us and rejuvenate your mind, soul and body with our new Soulful Journey Series by Lisa Phillips. The first session will be Thursday, June 23, from 7:00-8:30pm. The event is FREE to MuvLab Members. (Members are also encouraged to bring friends who are not MuvLab members.)
Each session will focus on the following:
- Deepening Your Yoga Practice
- Learning the Physical & Mental Benefits of Yoga
- Achieving Balance in Our Stressful Lives
- Tapping into Our Inner Spirit
Wine and light snacks will be served.
Participants new to yoga are encouraged to come.

Lisa M. Phillips is a retired educator (35 years) and certified yoga teacher. Lisa has been a teacher, a principal, and a Director of Schools. She is the Co-founder of Clarity: Executive Coaching for Women in Leadership and the Co-founder of Guru Girls: A Self-Esteem Camp for Girls ages 12-18. She has been a yoga teacher for three years.
